Well...

Due to unavoidable reasons, I've had some time off training. But today one of my friends got me to our local park for some circuit training.



I got very, very muddy. I've not done these sorts of exercise since P.E. back in high school so it certainly was a challenge! It's something we'll be doing weekly from now on.

Back tomorrow

The last couple of days university work has taken priority,  I'm back at the gym tomorrow. We're going to be training really hard to make up for the last two days... One word, ouch.

Day 1



Today, I started my training for my half marathon. My best friend here at uni is completing it with my so we're training together. I've had a few health issues over the years. I'm only 21 and it's made a huge impact on me already. I'm using this half marathon as an opportunity to not only raise money for UNICEF, but to give myself the push that I need to get myself into shape. Today was the first day of a long few months. But I can see good things coming from this.
